Calling All Students: Get to the Dunk for Senior Night: T-shirts Given Out To First 1000 Students at Tonight’s Game

PC Athletics announced on Twitter that the first 1000 students at the Marquette game tonight would receive either a Cotton or Batts shirt for Senior Night. This is a nice touch by PC and I really hope the students show up in force, not just for Cotton and Batts, but for all the great Seniors on this team.

Pivovar: Without McDermott, Providence’s Cotton would be king of Big East #pcbb

Very nice piece by Steve Pivovar of the Omaha World-Herald with complimentary quotes of Cotton by JTIII, Lavin, Mack and of course, Cooley.

BigEast.com: Getting to Know Bryce Cotton #pcbb

Nice piece by Sean Brennan from BigEast.com with an interview with PC’s Bryce Cotton. This one question basically sums up Cotton’s lack of national attention –

BIGEAST.com: Because Providence has struggled up until last season, and because there are three new basketball audiences in the conference this season with Creighton, Xavier and Butler, might there be a lot of people outside New England that may not know who Bruce Cotton is?
