All 3 Providence Commits in 2015 Class Nominated to 2015 McDonald’s All American Game

Nominations were announced for the 2015 McDonald’s All American game that will be played in Chicago at the United Center on April 1, 2015. While over 450 boys across the country were nominated there will only be 24 players selected to play in the actual game. That selection will take place on ESPNU on January 28th at 6pm ET.

Drew Edwards, Ryan Fazekas and Alex Owens were all nominated which means Providence’s entire 2015 class got a nomination. It’s unlikely that any of the three will make the final roster of 24 but it’s still a nice accomplishment. One other note is that Edwards’ twin sister Danielle was also nominated. Danielle Edwards is ranked 69th nationally in the class of 2015 by ESPN and she is signed to play at Clemson this fall.
