Joe Lunardi’s Latest Bracket Math Released with Full 68-Team Seed List

Joe Lunardi released an updated bracket on December 8th and followed that up with an edition of Bracket Math on December 15th. On December 21st, Lunardi released his most detailed version of Bracket Math, to date. He has all 68 teams seeded, including all the 1-bid league conference leaders and a total of 80 teams on his seed list. Lunardi continues to have 5 Big East teams in his field of 68, with Xavier, Butler, Villanova and Georgetown making the biggest moves of anyone in the league. Xavier and Butler made positive move, while Villanova and Georgetown slid down the seed list.

Joe Lunardi’s Latest Bracket Math Released

Joe Lunardi released an updated bracket a week ago today, the ESPN guru’s first bracketology release since the season started. On Monday night, Lunardi released his latest Bracket Math and Providence, as well as a few other Big East teams, had good showings on the seed list. Joey Brackets had both Xavier and Villanova as 3 seeds last week and that hasn’t changed this week, except that the Musketeers have jumped ahead of the Wildcats on the seed list.

Providence to Open 2015 Wooden Legacy Against Evansville

Jon Rothstein of CBSSports.com is reporting that the first round matchups for the 2015 Wooden Legacy tournament have been set. The Friars will open against Evansville of the Missouri Valley Conference with the other first round matchups — to be held at Titan Gym on the campus of Long Beach State — are Arizona vs. Santa Clara, Boise State vs. UC Irvine and Michigan State vs. Boston College.
