2015 shooter Kenny Williams who had Providence in his final 7 announced via his Twitter that he has given a commitment to Shaka Smart and the VCU Rams.

Ed Cooley and the Friar staff got in a little late with Williams and I was surprised he had Providence on his final list. There was also a rumor that Williams was leaning towards North Carolina after they recently offered. This is a really good get for VCU. Their next target in 2015 may be another PC recruit in Markis McDuffie who they were all over during the July live evaluation periods.
