Notes:
- Providence did not have a great overall game from Kris Dunn but he made some big plays down the stretch.
- Ben Bentil carried a lot of the scoring load and had a double-double
- Kyron Cartwright had a nice first half. He injured his knee in the second half and went to the locker room for a short stint but returned to the game.
- Jalen Lindsey dressed for the game and got some action off the bench after missing the opener for a violation of team policy.
- Friars return to action Saturday against Brown at the Dunk.

- Providence is 77-11 all time in regular season opening games, including an 80-8 record in home openers.
- Providence is 5-0 all time against Harvard with the first game being played on January 20, 1932. The Friars are 2-0 against the Crimson at the Dunkin’ Donuts Center with the wins coming in back-to-back seasons (2006 and 2007).
